Petrofac invests where the group’s engineering, procurement & construction and operations & maintenance expertise can add value.  Projects include oil & gas processing facilities, pipelines, storage refineries and refinery units, terminals and LNG regasification.  Petrofac currently owns interests in Ohanet gas processing plant in Algeria, the Kyrgyz Petroleum Company refinery and midstream infrastructure in the Kyrgyz Republic.

The deep pool of competencies and expertise within the Petrofac group gives Petrofac Energy Developments the ability to engage in a broad range of projects.  Working with the Engineering & Construction and Operations Services divisions, the Energy Developments division engages technical, operational and financial skills to manage and mitigate the many risks that are involved in any major project.  Mitigating the risks of a project is a key differentiator for Petrofac Energy Developments.
