Petrofac's Official Listing on the London Stock Exchange
Petrofac was admitted to the Official List of the London Stock Exchange on 7 October 2005 following a highly successful Initial Public Offering (IPO). Group Chief Executive, Ayman Asfari comments on the company’s newly achieved status as a publicly listed company.
