Petrofac understands the importance of giving proper consideration to protecting the environment and is committed to conducting operations which minimise environmental impact, with a target of zero environmental incidents.

The business has made good progress in ensuring that environmental considerations are incorporated into a project’s planning as a matter of course. All new Engineering & Construction projects include an environmental planning element.
 

Our second group-wide Environment Month initiative was held during November. It aimed to educate, encourage and support around 12,000 employees and enabled them to take positive steps to minimise the impact caused to the environment. A range of environmental events and activities took place at most of our locations during the month.
