People

Petrofac is a people business. We currently have more than 15,000 people in our organisation and they are our most valuable asset. It is our people that create Petrofac’s competitive edge and ensure that our customers’ expectations are exceeded.

As an international organisation, Petrofac believes that its workforce, management and recruitment policies should reflect the diverse communities in which we operate. During 2010 3,200 new staff joined Petrofac. 

We believe that our workforce and recruitment practices should reflect the diverse communities in which we operate and this is demonstrated through our graduate recruitment programme. For a number of years we have been attracting the brightest graduate talent to Petrofac and 2010 was no exception, with over 100 new graduates joining the organisation across our geographies and operations.
